What are tasks?

The Tasks tracks actions that need to be completed in order to make relationships and payments operate smoothly.

The portal's Tasks section lists actions that need to be completed, such as approving vendor relationships, reviewing invoices, etc. In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, an orange circle will appear next to the word Tasks if there is an action to complete.

Within Tasks, the Inbox tab will display actions that need to be reviewed and the Archive tab will show what has been completed within the last 30 days.

Use the location dropdown at the top left of the page to further filter the tasks.

How to Complete Tasks

Depending on the task, the following completion options will be available:

  • Dismiss, View, or Retry
    • Dismissing a task will move it to the Archive tab.
    • Viewing a task will redirect you to the task’s details within the corresponding section of the portal, e.g., reviewing an invoice will redirect you to Invoices > My Invoices.
    • Retrying a task may be an option when a bank verification test or payment to a vendor fails.
  • Approve
    • Approving a task will redirect you to the task’s details within the corresponding section of the portal.
    • Upon approval, the task will be moved to the Archive tab. Once a task has been archived, it cannot be sent back to the inbox.
