What does the Home Screen tell me?

You will be directed to the Home page upon logging into the Fintech Portal. The widgets summarize information and actions to take from each section in the portal with quick links to their respective pages.

💡 Some widgets depend on your subscription level. If you are unsure of your plan level, go to Settings > Plans & Billing for further subscription information. You can upgrade anytime from here.

The widgets on the page will display data for the selected location (chosen at top of page):

Invoices This Week	Count of invoices received within the current week from distributors. Click the tile’s View All Invoices link to be redirected to Invoices > My Invoices.	How do I see all of my invoices?
Average Weekly Spend	The average amount spent each week based on invoice totals from the last 4 weeks. Click the tile’s See More Insights link to be redirected to Insights > Spend Analysis.	How can Insights protect my margins?

Upload Invoice	Upload a non-alcoholic invoice right from the Home section by clicking the Upload Invoice button. Available for clients who opt in to make non-alcohol payments through Fintech. See the Plans & Billing page for more information.	Where do I upload and manage my invoices?
Uploaded Invoices This Week	The total count of invoices you’ve uploaded to the portal within the current week. The tile only shows invoices that need to be reviewed, are processing, or have an error. Click the tile’s View All Uploaded Invoices link to be redirected to Invoices > Manage Invoices.	Where do I upload and manage my invoices?
Recent Transactions	Spending totals for the current and previous week based on received invoices, including: Total amount spent in the current month. Amount spent in the previous week. Amount spent in the current week.	How can Insights protect my margins?
Upcoming Transactions	Amounts to be paid out for the current and following weeks. Calculated using invoices that have a status of Pending and have a due date after the current day.	How do I see all of my invoices?
Last # Payments	List of the most recent payments to distributors, including the payment date and the payment amount. Click the tile’s View All Payments link to be redirected to Invoices > Payment Activity.	Where can I find the invoice and payment history?
Fun facts, recipes and events	Rotating content, such as fun facts about Fintech, upcoming events, and recipes.	-
