Track the history of non-regulated invoices, from the time of upload to when payment clears.
You can track the history of an invoice and scheduled payments under My Invoices or Payment Activity. Both are under the Invoices section.
To see payment history of an invoice with a Pending, Funded, or Approved status:
- Go to Invoices > My Invoices and select a row within the table.
- Click the status button at the top of the page to view the invoice's status history:
At the bottom of this page, you can view the invoice's history. The histories include the date, time stamp, and person responsible for the following actions:
- Invoice upload.
- Invoice approval.
- Payment status (scheduled, canceled scheduled payment, pending, released, paid or failed).
Payment Activity
Invoices > Payment Activity shows all successfully paid invoices as well as returned credits from the distributor or vendor. Within the table, the Amount column will show the payment amount in black text and the credits in red text.
Clicking on a row opens the invoice details and a link to the invoice PDF. Non-regulated invoices will show the history of payments, along with the invoice history.
