Track the history of non-regulated invoices, from the time of upload to when payment clears.
You can track the payment activity and payment scheduling history of an uploaded invoice in Invoices > My Invoices or Invoices > Payment Activity.

My Invoices Tracking
To see payment history of an invoice with a Scheduled, Funded, or Approved status:
- Go to Invoices > My Invoices. Either:
- View the Status column (refer to our status descriptions here: How do I see all of my invoices?)
- Open the invoice from the table, then click the status at the top of the page to view status history:
View the Invoice History at the bottom of the page, which includes the date, time, and person responsible for uploading, approving, and actioning payment activity:
💡 For regulated and non-regulated vendor-submitted invoices, approval and payment is handled automatically by the system. These actions will be notated as "Invoice approved by Auto Approval" and "Payment scheduled by Auto Pay...", respectively.
Payment Activity Tracking
The Payment Activity table organizes paid invoices by vendor name. The Payment Amount column shows what was paid in black text and any returned credits in red text. View how many invoices were paid in each batch under Invoice Count:
Click on a row to view batch details and the invoices paid:
Open an invoice from the batch to view an electronic copy, download a PDF version, or send an invoice inquiry to the vendor:
