Understand how to sign-up and edit account information in The Fintech Portal.

How do I log into my account? 

To log into your account, you must first register to use the Fintech Portal. To learn how, click here: How do I sign up for the Fintech Portal?. Use the email address and password that you registered with to log into the site: Fintech Portal 

What is my account number or FTS ID, and can I change it? 

In the Fintech Portal, each account has a Fintech Customer Number, which is a unique identifier assigned by Fintech that cannot be changed (also referred to as Fintech ID, FTS ID, or Account Number). You can view this by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner of the portal.

How do I update my company information? 

To update your company’s information, go to Settings > Company Profile. Edit the address, phone number or add a company website URL. Editing the company name must be done by Client Services.

How do I update the email on my account? 

To update the email address associated with your account, contact Client Services.

How do I turn off email notifications? 

After registering for the Fintech Portal, you will begin receiving two types of notifications: operational emails and marketing news. 

Operational emails cannot be unsubscribed from, as they notify you regarding your account activity and spending. Marketing news keeps you up to date with the alcohol industry and Fintech’s new products. You can stop receiving marketing news by clicking the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.
