How do I remove vendors, locations, and bank accounts, and update my email address?
Please contact Client Services to remove/cancel your vendors, update locations, change bank accounts/payment methods, change your subscription or email address.
Some changes to your PaymentSource service require assistance from Fintech Client Services. Please email the appropriate team using the addresses below:
- For help logging in, questions about invoices, or to change your email address: support@fintech.com
- For help with banking questions: bankchange@fintech.com
- To check the status of a relationship or add locations: activation@fintech.com
- Inactivating locations or canceling subscriptions: cas@fintech.com.
Sending an Email
Responses to emails usually will be sent within 48 hours. When sending an email, please include the following information:
- Your name.
- Your account’s Fintech Customer Number. Find this under your profile (top right corner).
- A brief description of your request.
