What is included on the Home page?

View account to-do's, news, and data snapshots on the Home page.

The SBT Retailer Portal Home tab will be the first page you see when logging into the portal. It features widgets that provide insight into account tasks, transactions, wholesale cost data, and more. 

At a glance, you can learn: 

  • The number of payments sent to vendors and the total amount of all payments. 
  • Count of price book requests that have been completed in the current year. 
  • Wholesale costs from the current and previous weeks, as well as a weekly average. 
  • All transactions that have occurred within the current, last and previous weeks. 
  • Wholesale costs in the last three years, organized by month.

Inbox 
  • Messages regarding portal changes, Fintech SBT news, or account updates that need to be reviewed.  
  • Select View all Inbox to be redirected to the Inbox tab.

Vendor Payments YTD 
  • Payments - Total dollar amount of vendor payments that have been issued in the current year. 
  • Total Amount Paid – Total dollar amount of vendor payments that have been posted in the current year. 

How does Sales Summary provide insight into wholesale purchasing costs?

Process Price Book Items YTD 

Count of price book requests that have been posted in the current year.

Current Week’s Sales 

Displays your wholesale costs from the start of the current week (Sunday) through today.

Last Week’s Sales 
  • Displays your wholesale costs from the previous week’s Sunday to Saturday.
  • Compare how sales here are to the current sales week.

Previous Week’s Sales 

Displays your wholesale costs from Sunday to Saturday 2 weeks ago.

Average Weekly Sales 

Displays your the average wholesale cost from the current, last, and previous week’s sales. Based on costs from the current year.

Recent Transactions 
  • Filterable chart that visualizes and compares wholesale cost totals by day from the current, last, and previous weeks. 
  • Above the graph, select the dot’s representing each week to remove data from the chart. 
  • Hover over a set of bars to view sales data for each day throughout a week.

Year to Date Sales 
  • Filterable chart that visualizes and compares total product sales by month for 3 years.  
  • Above the graph, select the dot’s representing years to remove data from the chart. 
  • Hover over each line on the graph to view sales data per month.
