Invoices FAQ
Understand how alcohol payments are paid automatically via EFT.
These FAQs cover regulated (alcohol invoices in most cases) and non-alcohol invoices (everything else that is not regulated).
How do I find regulated (alcohol) invoices?
Payment for regulated invoices is done automatically through Fintech, so you do not need to pay the invoice. View invoices under My Invoices (if your business handles alcohol and non-alcohol invoices, you can filter to see just alcohol). Filter by status, invoice date, time period, vendor and more.
Searching for invoices requires at least a Lite subscription, which will allow you to find an invoice up to 15 months old. See Plans and Billing under Settings and scroll to Plan Features to find your company's subscription.
Can I pay regulated (alcohol) invoices early?
Yes, you can choose to pay alcohol invoices before the due date. An alcohol invoice cannot be paid after its due date. Go to My Invoices and hover over the row, click the edit pencil and change the Payment Date field.
Please note, while you can choose to pay alcohol invoices earlier than the due date, retailers cannot turn off automatic payments. Turning off autopay is only possible for non-alcohol (that is, non-regulated) invoices under the Premium Plus plan.
