The BPM dashboard is not real-time data. The products need to go through the workflow of being processed through Fintech, cleared at the bank, and the data fed into our records to be labeled. This workflow can take 30 days or more. Also note the last invoice date captured on the dashboard, which can be found by checking the Invoice Date Range filter or reviewing your Location Audit dashboard.
It is also normal for some recent purchases to show products Off Program, as items are being audited and aligned on a daily basis.
