Important information to complete integration with Restaurant 365:

Information that Restaurant 365 will need to complete this Integration:
Invoice information will be electronically sent to Restaurant 365 for import into your back-office software. In order for us to have the ability to do this, we will need your Restaurant 365 FTP Credentials, including:
- Username
- Password
- Relevant Location ID’s
If you do not know this information, please reach out to your contact at Restaurant 365 and ask them to provide this information to you. Once we have completed the file Integration on our end, we will notify you and Restaurant 365. We will also provide you with a list of your active Fintech Vendors. Please use this list when entering Vendors in Restaurant 365 for the first time.
If the vendor names in Restaurant 365 are not an exact match to this list, invoices will not successfully import into Restaurant 365. Restaurant 365 will provide you with information on using this Integration with their software.
