Integrating with QSR

Important information to complete integration with QSR:

Information QSR will need to complete this Integration: 

  • Store IDs – Confirm each location’s Store ID with QSR so invoices post to the correct outlets. 
  • FTP credentials – After Fintech activates the feed, you will receive a secure FTP URL, username, and password. QSR uses these to collect your invoice file. 

What happens next 

  1. Feed activation – Fintech turns on the electronic invoice feed to QSR. 
  1. Confirmation email – You and QSR receive a “feed is live” notice along with your FTP credentials. 
  1. File retrieval – QSR pulls the invoice file and finalizes setup in their software. 
  1. User guidance – QSR emails you instructions on how to view and use the data in their platform. 

Once these steps are complete, your invoices will flow to QSR automatically, keeping your back-office data current without manual uploads.
