How do I set up my Company Profile?

Adding or updating a retailer's address, phone number and website address.

The profile page lets customers update their company’s address, phone number and optional website address in Fintech’s customer database.

Retailers may wish to update this information when a company’s headquarters moves to a new address.

Updating this info will not affect the address of a company’s location(s). Additionally, customers cannot update the name.

To update the address or website, click into the address fields, make your changes, and hit Save Changes. Mailed correspondence will be delivered to the address on record.

💡 To update company name or location information, you will need to contact Client Support.
