Why am I not seeing my products/invoices being captured on the BPM dashboards?
The BPM dashboard is not real-time data. The products need to go through the workflow of being processed through Fintech, cleared at the bank, and the data fed into our records to be labeled. This workflow can take 30 days or more. Also note the last invoice date captured on the dashboard, which can be found by checking the Invoice Date Range filter or reviewing your Location Audit dashboard.
If you are still not seeing your products/invoices being captured after this timeframe, and it is notably impacting your compliance, you can open a ticket with our Support team at support@data.fintech.com.
I show a discrepancy between different dashboards.
Make sure the numbers you are comparing reflect the same information. In this example, the Supplier Summary Total Spend amount is showing On Program suppliers and the total spend with those suppliers. It is not necessarily the total On Program spend (found on the Compliance Summary dashboard) because you can purchase Off Program items from an On Program supplier.
