Follow these instructions to update a customer's ID in the legacy FMS platform

How do I update a Customer ID in FMS

To update a Customer ID, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Company section under the Tools tab.
  2. Toggle to Delivery Locations.
  3. Search for the retailer whose Customer ID you want to adjust. Click on the blue, linkable Customer ID to activate a pop-up and change your ID in the box provided.

You can contact your Distributor Account Manager or the client support team at 800-572-0854 (Option 1).

How do I add new or additional users to Fintech's website?

For security reasons, only admins can add new users.

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Tools > Add New User 
  2. Fill out all required information.
  3. Click the Add User button.
