Where can I manage company account information?
Use Company Profile under Settings to manage company details.
Update your company’s name and address in Settings > Company Profile. Retailers may wish to update this information if a company’s headquarters moves to a new address. Updating this info will not affect your vendor relationships or stores.
To update the name or address, click into the fields, make your changes, then click Save Changes. Mailed correspondence will be delivered to the address on record.
💡 To update company contact information, such as a phone number or email, send a message to Client Support: service@sbt.fintech.com.
