Use Stores to review location details, store status, opening and closing date, a count of store-vendor relationships, and the number of products that are authorized to be delivered to a store. Stores in the table are organized by their Store Number:
Locate a store by it's name, address, city, state or zip code using the search bar. To narrow your results by store status, use the Status dropdown. Store statuses include:
- Open - The store is operational and actively selling products.
- Temporarily Closed - The store is temporarily offline. Reasons can included relocation, renovations, facility issues, etc.
- Closed - The store is inactive and not selling products.
- Scheduled Open - The store is new and set to open on a future date.
Select a date from View Data as Of to display the stores that vendors are allowed to deliver to either on or after the chosen date.

Viewing Active Vendors
To view a store’s current vendor relationships, select a number from the Active Vendors column:
The table lists all vendors servicing the selected store, along with the product type (Category) and number of products vendors are authorized to deliver to the store. By default, the table is sorted by vendor name, but selecting the column headers will sort it differently:
Find a specific vendor using the search bar, or choose which vendors appear in the table by selecting them from the Vendor dropdown. This is especially useful when a vendor supplies multiple product types to a store, which would result in multiple rows of data.
To view these products, select a number from the Active Products column:

Viewing Active Products
To view product details per store, select a number from the Active Products:
💡 The date chosen in View Data as Of can affect the table results. A store may have active vendors but 0 active products if vendor authorization to deliver products has not been completed as of the chosen date. For example, a vendor may not be authorized to deliver a specific product to the one store they have a relationship with until 11/20. Therefore, the count of their Active Products would be 0 if View Data as Of was 10/30.
Review each product’s Category, Name, UPC(s), Retail Price, Cost, Margin %, and the name of the vendor delivering the product:
Use the search bar to find a specific product by name or UPC. Select from the Category or Product dropdowns to further filter the table results. Choose a date from View Data as Of to display the products that vendors are allowed to deliver either on or after the chosen date.
If you’d like to filter the table by vendor, select More Filters under the search bar:
