Products Shipped Before Setup Confirmation

Vendors should never ship product before confirming the SBT setup is completed.

On an SBT program, vendors are paid based on the UPCs that are scanned at the register. If you have shipped items prior to receiving set up confirmation, please email service@sbt.fintech.com so that we can attempt to expedite set up with the retailer.

Note: We cannot guarantee payment for sales during this time period if the retailer is unable to recover any scans to send us.
